Intro to the Sewing Machine: Scrap Fabric Coasters

Description:

We will introduce you to our sewing machines! You will learn how to:

Thread the machine
Wind and change the bobbin
Change the feet
Change the stitch length and width
Change from straight stitch to zigzag/other stitches
Basic machine sewing tips

Note:

-This intro class is also suitable for those who just want a refresher workshop because this class includes a bonus project: Scrap Fabric Coasters. Made of bright colored fabric scraps, pieces of iron-on batting, and iron-on vinyl, you can sew one or more to practice your sewing skills. All materials provided.
